Role Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy across various social media platforms. This includes content management, advertising, and marketing initiatives designed to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with our content creation and marketing teams to ensure our message is consistent and effective across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.
  • Oversee and manage all digital marketing ads, ensuring they are in line with our marketing strategy and budget.
  • Utilize the Odoo Platform to manage and update web content, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience across our website and social media channels.
  • Leverage for efficient content distribution, ensuring all content is scheduled appropriately and analytics are monitored to gauge content performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create a cohesive and innovative content calendar that aligns with our company’s goals and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and the overall effectiveness of the digital marketing strategy, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Train locals in social media marketing as part of our community contribution.


  • 4 to 5years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with hands-on experience managing Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Magento Platform for web and social media content management.
  • Experience with or similar content management and distribution tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Skills in creative content writing and an eye for design to ensure content is engaging and on-brand.
  • Must have at least certification in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook (meta) or LinkedIn
  • Must be experienced with Odoo with or without certification.
  • Experience in Microsoft Publisher, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, Adobe Photoshop, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, HubSpot CRM

Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Bachelor’s degree or Industry certificate in Marketing, Business, Digital media, or relevant field preferred.
